Our delivery pricing is presented clearly before an order is placed. A standard shipping charge may be used across different package sizes, item categories, and weights. Orders reaching the qualifying purchase threshold may receive Free Shipping, which will be shown automatically during checkout.

6. Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Deliveries
Once a parcel is accepted by the carrier, its movement and final delivery are managed through the courier network. Although transportation operations are beyond our direct management, KLENIMORE will provide reasonable assistance with delivery-related concerns.
- When tracking shows a completed delivery but the parcel is missing, inspect safe locations nearby and contact the local delivery provider first.
- Claims involving lost shipments may require a formal carrier investigation before a resolution is available.
- For items received with shipping damage, retain the parcel and all packaging, then submit clear photographs without unnecessary delay.
7. Correct Delivery Information
Confirm that your full delivery address is accurate and complete before submitting payment.
KLENIMORE cannot accept responsibility for unsuccessful delivery caused by missing, outdated, or incorrect address information entered during checkout.

8. Unsuccessful Delivery and Returned Parcels
