- Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in resalable condition with their original packaging, parts, and accessories.
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days after the delivery date has been confirmed.
- Customers must provide a valid receipt, order confirmation, or other acceptable proof of purchase.
- Return shipments should use a trackable delivery service whenever available.
1.2 Non-Returnable Products
- Opened, sampled, or used consumable and hygiene-sensitive goods.
- Electronic downloads, digital products, and gift cards.
- Items produced, customized, or personalized specifically for the customer.
- Merchandise identified as Final Sale before purchase.
- Products showing damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, or unsuitable storage.
1.3 Review and Refund Timeline
After the returned item reaches us, it will be inspected to verify compliance with the conditions of this policy. When approved, the refund will be submitted to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. A confirmation will be sent once processing is complete. The time required for the amount to appear may vary depending on your card issuer, bank, or payment service.
1.4 Shipping Costs and Additional Charges
- Initial delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the order contained an incorrect, damaged, or verified defective product.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless our support team confirms that the issue originated with the order.
- If a restocking fee applies, the amount will be disclosed before the return is completed.
2. Canceling an Order
Cancellation requests should be sent immediately after an order is placed. We can approve a cancellation only while the purchase remains unprocessed and has not entered packing or shipping. Once fulfillment has started or the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the regular return procedure will apply after delivery.

- Requests must reach us before fulfillment, preparation, or dispatch begins.
- Made-to-order or personalized products cannot be canceled once production or customization is underway.
- Orders that have already left the fulfillment facility must be returned according to the standard return terms.

2.3 Related Expenses
- Orders already dispatched are subject to the return process once delivered.

3. Replacements and Exchanges
When an item is delivered damaged, faulty, or inconsistent with the product ordered, KLENIMORE will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution. Requests for an eligible replacement should be made within 7 days of delivery and include the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
3.1 Replacement Requirements
- Whenever practical, the product should remain unused and stored with its original box, labels, and accessories.
- Replacement approval depends on inventory availability and may involve a comparable alternative when the original item is unavailable.
- After verification, we may provide return instructions or a prepaid shipping label where appropriate.
